TENDER JUICY FRIES

Ingredients:

1 (500 g)	pack	PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS JUMBO, each piece cut into 4 lengthwise
1	cup	MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
4	pc	MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1	pack	breadcrumbs
1	cup	cooking oil
2	tbsp	store-bought prepared yellow mustard
2	tbsp	tomato ketchup

Procedure:

Roll strips of hotdogs in flour, then dip in beaten eggs. Dredge in breadcrumbs.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry breaded hotdogs until golden brown. Serve with mustard and ketchup.

Makes 5 servings.
