ANGUS DONUT BURGER


Ingredients:

2 pc PUREFOODS HONEYCURED BACON CLASSIC
1 pc CHEF’S SELECTION ANGUS BEEF BURGER PATTY
1 pc CHEF’S SELECTION SLICE-ON-SLICE CHEESE
2 pc glazed donuts

Procedure:

  1. Heat griddle pan and cook bacon slices until crispy. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, place patty and cook for 5-6 minutes per side. Top patty with sliced cheese before removing from heat.
  3. Top donut with patty and then bacon strips. Cover with another donut to make a sandwich.

Makes 1 serving.

(Yield: 1 sandwich)
