ANGUS DONUT BURGER


Ingredients:

12 pc (343 g) PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON
1 pack (684 g) PUREFOODS DELI ANGUS BEEF PATTY (6 pc)
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, sliced
1 dozen (12 pc) glazed donuts

Procedure:

1. Heat pan and cook bacon slices in its own fat until crispy. Set aside and keep warm.
2. In the same pan, place frozen patties and cook for 5-6 minutes per side.
3. Top patties with sliced cheese before removing from heat.
4. Place patties with cheese and bacon on half of donuts.
5. Cover with remaining donuts to make sandwiches.

Makes 6 sandwiches.
