NO OVEN SUSHI BAKE


Ingredients:

1 (235 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SPREAD MILKY WHITE
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
8 pc crab sticks, shredded
4 cups cooked Japanese rice
1/2 cup store bought furikake
6 sheets Nori sheets (18 x 20 cm), cut into 4 squares

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise and crab sticks. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Using a non-stick pan with cover, flatten rice and top with half of furikake then spread crab stick mixture. Sprinkle remaining furikake. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. To serve, place about 1/4 cup sushi bake on each square nori sheet.

Makes 8 servings

Yield: 6 cups mixture/1/4 cup per serving
