STAR PORK BINAGOONGAN


Ingredients:

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 1/2 tbsp bagoong
1 tbsp sesame oil
4 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup green onion
1 (425 g) pack HEAT AND EAT LECHON KAWALI, cooked according to package directions, chopped
2 pc green mango, sliced into strips
chopped green onions

Procedure:

    1. Melt margarine in a wok over medium heat then sauté bagoong until fragrant.
    2. Set aside a teaspoon of sautéed bagoong.
    3. Add in cooked rice, sesame oil and spring onions then mix well.
    4. Serve in a bowl or platter then top with Lechon Kawali mixed with bagoong and green mango strips.

Makes 4 servings.
