SPICY FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 (160 g) can PUREFOODS CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT, cubed
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN HOT & SPICY
100 grams Baguio beans, sliced thinly
5 cups cooked rice

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a work then add eggs. Let set then scramble.
  2. Add luncheon meat, chicken and Baguio beans. Cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add rice. Mix well. Serve.

Makes 7 servings.
