SAVORY KOREAN PANCAKES


Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
1 (200 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE MIX, mixed according to package directions
1 (150 g) can PUREFOODS CHICKEN IN BROTH, drained
3 tbsp chopped green onions
1/4 cup shredded cabbage
3 tbsp chopped chives
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE

Procedure:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan brushed or wiped with oil.
  2. Combine prepared pancake mix, chicken and greens. Pour 1/4 cup batter evenly onto a pan and cook until slightly browned.
  3. Serve with mayonnaise.

Makes 10 servings.

Yield: 2-1/2 cups, 1/4 cup per serving
