ROAST CHICKEN PLATTER


Ingredients:

1 whole MAGNOLIA CHICK ‘N JUICY SWEET ROAST
2 pc banana leaf (optional), cut to size of serving platter
3 (100 g each) pc eggplants, sliced and deep-fried
12 (150 g) pc okra, boiled
3 (50 g each) pc tomatoes, sliced
1 (100 g) pc red onion, sliced
3 pc salted egg, sliced in half
1/3 cup store-bought bagoong

Procedure:

  1. Slice chicken into 10 pieces. Set aside.
  2. To assemble platter, place chicken at the center of the platter or bilao lined with banana leaves. Arrange eggplants, okra, tomatoes, onion, and salted eggs around the chicken.
  3. Serve with bagoong. 

Makes 5 servings.

(Yield: 2 pc chicken per serving)
