ROAST CHICKEN PIZZA


Ingredients:

1/2 kg leftover MAGNOLIA CHICK ‘N JUICY SWEET ROAST
1/2 cup store-bought barbecue sauce
2 pc store-bought pizza dough, 12 inch in diameter
1 cup store-bought pizza sauce
1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1 (100 g) pc red bell pepper, sliced
1 (50 g) bundle fresh cilantro leaves

Procedure:

  1. Remove chicken meat from bones and shred into large pieces.  Mix with barbecue sauce and set aside.
  2. Place pizza dough on baking trays. Spread 1/2 cup of pizza sauce on the surface of each pizza dough.
  3. Combine mozzarella and Quickmelt cheese together. Top each crust with 1/4 cup of cheese and equal portions of the marinated chicken and bell pepper slices. Top with remaining cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes set at 450oF. Top with fresh cilantro leaves before serving. 

Makes 16 slices.

(Makes 2 pc pizza 12” in diameter/8 slices per crust)
