PINEAPPLE RICE


Ingredients:

1 (225 g) bar DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup cubed MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION TOCINO
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
1 cup raisins
1 cup cashew nuts
4 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1 pc sili labuyo, chopped (optional)
cilantro leaves for garnish (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a wok or sauté pan. Sauté garlic then add tocino. Cook until meat changes color.
  2. Add pineapple, raisins and cashew nuts. Mix well.
  3. Add rice soy sauce, salt and chili. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves just before serving.
Makes 4 servings.
