MILKY WHITE BIBINGCUPS


Ingredients:

10 pc banana leaves
1 (480 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS
3/4 (200 mL) cup coconut cream
1/4 cup PUREFOODS BACON CRUMBLE, fried
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE MILKY WHITE, sliced into 10
1/2 cup STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC
1 cup grated coconut
1/4 (50 g) cup sugar

Procedure:

  1. Line 8-10 bibingka molds with banana leaves.
  2. In a bowl, combine pancake mix and coconut cream. Mix until smooth. Fold in half of the bacon bits. Pour into molds and top with remaining bacon bits and slices of cheese.
  3. Cook in the oven toaster set on high for at least 10 minutes or until set and cooked through.
  4. Serve warm and top with margarine, grated coconut and sugar.

Makes 8-10 servings.
