MEXICAN CHICKEN RICE BOWL


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MAGNOLIA CHICKEN STATION BREAST STRIPS
3 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
1 (100 g) pc green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
5 cups cooked rice
1 (50 g) pc tomato, chopped
1/2 pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, shredded

Procedure:

  1. Rub chicken with taco seasoning. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chicken for 4 minutes or until cooked. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook for another minute. Set aside.
  2. Melt margarine in a separate pan and add rice. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Portion rice into 5 bowls. Top each with chicken, tomato,and cheese.

Makes 5 servings.
