KIMCHI FRIED RICE


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1 pc white onion, sliced
1 pc carrot, sliced
1 (50 g) pc green bell pepper, sliced
200 grams store bought kimchi
5 slices PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, sliced
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
5 cups cooked rice
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil and sauté onion, carrot and bell pepper for 5 minutes or until fragrant. Add kimchi and ham and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  2. In another sauté pan, add remaining oil and butter then rice. Season with sesame oil, salt and pepper. Mix well. Remove from heat and serve.

Makes 6 servings.
