DOUBLE CHEESE AND HAM BAKED POTATO


Ingredients:

4 (800 g) pc potatoes brushed and scrubbed
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, melted
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE PIMIENTO
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE , grated
5 pc PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, chopped
1/4 (6.25 g) cup chopped parsley

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brush potatoes with melted butter. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 1 hour.
  3. Make a slit on the baked potato then press sides towards the center to release the potato flesh from its skin Top with cheese spread, grated cheese, ham, and parsley.

Makes 4 servings.

Tips:

  • Use a turbo broiler as substitute for oven baking.
  • Option to use sweet potatoes for color and nutritional value.
