CRISPY SISIG RICE


Ingredients:

6 tbsp cooking oil
1 (50 g) pc onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (150 g each) cans PUREFOODS SIZZLING DELIGHTS SISIG
1 tsp liquid seasoning
1 pc finger chili (siling haba), sliced
1 tsp chopped green onions
5 cups cooked rice
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten

Procedure:

  1. Heat 4 tbsp oil in pan. Sauté onion, garlic and sisig and cook until crispy.
  2. Add liquid seasoning, finger chili, green onion and rice. Mix well. Cook until rice gets a bit dry. Transfer to a serving dish.
  3. In another pan, heat remaining oil and fry eggs into a thin omelet then slice into thin strips. Top on sisig rice.
Makes 5 servings.
