CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN WITH CITRUS BUTTER SAUCE


Ingredients:

1 (1 kg) pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS FRIED CHICKEN, fried according to packaging directions
1 (200 g) bar MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS! SALTED, softened
1 tsp dried rosemary
1 tsp dried thyme
4 (52 g) pc calamansi, juice squeezed (2 tbsp)

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter blend and add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Dip or brush chicken with citrus butter sauce before serving.

Makes 8-10 servings
