CORNED BEEF QUESADILLAS



Ingredients:

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 pc large onion, chopped
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF HASH
4 pc store bought large flour tortillas
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
cilantro leaves (wansoy)

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil. Sauté onion and corned beef. Drain and set aside.
  2. Put 2-3 tbsp of corned beef mixture onto one side of the flour tortilla. Top with grated cheese and cilantro leaves. Cover with half side of tortilla. Repeat procedure with remaining ingredients.
  3. Heat grill pan and place prepared quesadilla. Cook for about 2 minutes over moderate heat per side or until grill marks have appeared and cheese has melted
  4. Cut into triangles. Garnish with cilantro leaves if desired.

Makes 8 slices.
