Corn Chowder With Pulled Pork


  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion and garlic. Add flour and cook until golden brown.
  2. Add potato and chicken stock. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add corn and milk. Simmer for another 5 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Serve in bowl and top with pork.

Makes 6 servings.
