COFFEE LENGUA DE GATO


Ingredients:

2-1/4 cups cake flour
1 tbsp SAN MIG BARAKO 3-in-1 COFFEE
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED, softened
1 cup sugar
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, use egg whites only

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl combine flour, coffee, salt and vanilla powder. Set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar for 7 to 10 minutes at medium speed. Add egg whites gradually. Mix well. Add flour mixture and continue beating until well blended.
  3. Pour mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a tip (plain or basket weave) and pipe 1 ½-inch strips leaving 2-inch spaces between strips. Bake at 380°F for 7 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 200 pieces.
