CHUNKY CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE



Ingredients:

2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
2 cups instant oatmeal
1 (225 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped

Procedure:

  1. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and instant oatmeal. Set aside.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time. Add flour mixture, chocolate chips and walnuts.
  3. Scoop cookie dough and arrange on cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until done.

Baking time: Bake or 10 minutes if you prefer it chewy or 15 minutes if you prefer it crispy.

Makes 48 to 50 pieces.
