BULGOGI RICE



Ingredients:

500 g MONTEREY BEEF SUKIYAKI CUT
1/4 cup cooking oil
5 cups cooked rice

Marinade

1/4 cup soy sauce
pinch pepper
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup sliced onions

Procedure:

  1. Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Marinate beef slices, making sure all pieces are covered with sauce for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Pan-fry beef a few slices at a time for 1 to 2 minutes. Top cooked beef over steamed rice.

Makes 6 servings.
