BREAKFAST BHAN MI


Ingredients:

1 tbsp cooking oil
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1 pc store-bought baguette, sliced in half lengthwise and toasted
1/2 (85 g) can PUREFOODS LIVER SPREAD
1 (50 g) pc cucumber, thinly sliced
1 (50 g) pc carrot, thinly sliced
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS LONGGANISA RECADO, cooked according to package directions and thinly sliced diagonally
1 (10 g) bundle cilantro wansoy, use tender leaves
1/8 cup Hoisin sauce

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add eggs and cook until fluffy. Set aside.
  2. Place bread on a board. To assemble, spread liver spread, arrange slices of cucumber and carrot, eggs, longganisa and cilantro on half of baguette.
  3. Drizzle with Hoisin sauce and cover with bread top.
  4. Secure sandwich with skewers and slice into 4 equal pieces.
