BOTTLED AGLIO OLIO

Ingredients:

2 heads garlic, peeled
4 stalks fresh rosemary
1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Procedure:

  1. Put garlic cloves inside sterilized jar or bottle. Arrange rosemary stalks then pour in olive oil. Cover with lid or top making sure the top is sealed.
  Makes 1 serving.
