BAKED CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT AND BEANS


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
1 (350 g) can PUREFOODS CHINESE STYLE LUNCHEON MEAT, sliced into 1/2" thick pieces
1 can pork n' beans
4 pc white bread, sliced into assorted shapes
1/2 cup grated MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brush a 9 x 9" casserole dish with softened butter.
  2. Arrange luncheon meat on the bottom of the casserole.  Pour pork and beans on top.  Top  with sliced bread pieces and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 10 minutes.  Serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
