YUMMY PORK GINILING WITH A TWIST!


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MONTEREY LEAN GROUND PORK
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 pc onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fish sauce
24 pcs quail eggs, cooked and peeled
whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 kg chicharo (snow peas)
1 cauliflower (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Saute onion and garlic with the cooking oil.
  2. Add fish sauce.
  3. Add the ground pork.
  4. Simmer for about 5 minutes until pork is cooked.
  5. Add quail eggs, kernel corn, chicharo and cauliflower.
  6. Let it cooked for about 10 minutes.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Serve.
