WASABI MAYO SHRIMPS AND MANGO SALAD


Ingredients:

1pack (200 g) PUREFOODS SEAFOOD DELIGHTS TAIL-ON SHRIMPS, cooked according to package instructions
1 pc (290 g) ripe mango, cubed
1 pack (30 g) toasted cashews
1 stalk (50 g) green onion, chopped
1 pc (80 g) Romaine lettuce, trim ends and cut in half

Wasabi Mayo Dressing

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
2 tbsp prepared wasabi
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp premium soy sauce

Procedure:

1. In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Set aside.

2. In a large bowl, toss shrimps, mango, cashew, and half of the green onion.

3. Put lettuce on a plate. Top with the salad mixture and garnish with the remaining green onion.

 

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 4 cups/ 1 cup per serving)

 

Tip/s:

  • Melon/cantaloupe and strawberries can be used as substitute or additional fruits.
  • To wash and dry salad greens, separate leaves and wash under running water and lay a single layer in a dry, lint-free towel (or paper towel) and roll towel gently and lightly apply pressure all over. Another way is to drain leaves in a colander and cover with a clean towel, wrapping around the edges and then shake the colander
  • Walnuts, pistachio, peanuts or other preferred nuts can be substituted for cashew
