VEGETABLE PASTA SOUP


Ingredients:

1/3 cup STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
1 cup chopped onions
4 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced potatoes
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
100 grams macaroni, cooked per package directions
6 cups chicken stock
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, melt margarine and sauté the onions and celery.
  2. Add carrots, potatoes and zucchini.
  3. Add the macaroni noodles and chicken stock. Cook until vegetables are tender and season with salt and pepper.
Makes 5-6 servings.
