VEEGA TORTA


Ingredients:

1 tbsp cooking oil
1 (50 g) pc onion, sliced
1 (100 g) pc potato, cubed
1 (100 g) pc carrot, cubed
1/4 cup water
1 (200 g) pack VEEGA MEAT-FREE GINILING, thawed
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onion.
  2. Add potato, carrot and water. Cover and cook until potato and carrot are tender.
  3. Add meat-free giniling. Season with salt if desired. Mix and then spread mixture in pan.
  4. Pour beaten eggs over, enough to cover mixture. Cover and cook over low heat until egg mixture sets.

Makes 8 servings.
