VEEGA SAUSAGE KEBABS


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack VEEGA MEAT FREE SAUSAGE, each cut into 4
2 (35 g) pc tomatoes, quartered
1 (90 g) pc onion, cut into large cubes (about 8 cubes)
8 pc marshmallows
8 pc bamboo sticks

Procedure:

  1. Skewer 2 sausage slices with tomato and onion pieces alternately.
  2. Pan-grill kebab for 1-2 minutes per side or until lightly charred.
  3. Add marshmallow at the tip of each skewer. Serve Immediately.

Makes 8 kebabs.

Yield: 8 sticks
