VEEGA BURGER PIZZA


Ingredients:

2 pc pizza dough, 10 inches in diameter*
1 (200 mL) pack store-bought pizza sauce
1/2 cup CHEF'S SELECTION MOZZARELLA CHEESE or MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE
1 (50 g) pc tomato, sliced
2 tbsp sliced olives
1 (40 g) pc onion, sliced into rings
1 (160 g) pack VEEGA MEAT-FREE BURGER PATTY, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp store-bought pesto sauce
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped lettuce leaves
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Procedure:

  1. Place dough on a baking tray. Evenly spread pizza sauce on top of dough, top with cheese, tomatoes, olives, onion, and meat-free burger patties. Drizzle with pesto sauce and parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake in a high temperature oven set at 250°C for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and blisters form.
  3. Top with lettuce and drizzle with olive oil before serving.

Makes 16 servings.

Yield: 2 pc pizza 10” in diameter
