VEEGA NUGGETS WITH GOCHUJANG MAYO


Ingredients:

2 (200 g each) packs VEEGA MEAT-FREE NUGGETS, prepared according to package directions
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
2 tbsp Gochujang (fermented red bean paste)

Procedure:

  1. Mix mayonnaise and gochujang in a bowl. Keep refrigerated until use. Serve with nuggets.

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield: 18 pc nuggets & 1-3/4 cups dip/3 pc nuggets & 1/4 cup dip per serving)
