VEEGA MEAT-FREE TACO WRAPS


Ingredients:

1/4 cup GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1 head garlic, crushed finely
1 (200 g) pack VEEGA MEAT-FREE GINILING
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp taco seasoning
6 pc store-bought medium size flour tortillas
1 (50 g) pc tomato, chopped
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1 head Romaine lettuce, core removed and leaves sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and meat-free giniling for about a minute Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce has been absorbed by the giniling. Set aside.
  2. On each flour tortilla, place 1/3 cup meat-free giniling mixture on one end. Top with some tomato, olives, lettuce, and cheese. Roll tightly and fold one bottom to serve.

Makes 6 servings

(Yield: 6 taco wraps/1 wrap per serving)
