MEAT-FREE TACO WRAPS


Ingredients:

1/4 cup cooking oil
1 head (52 g) garlic, crushed finely
1 pack (200 g) VEEGA MEAT-FREE GINILING
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp taco seasoning
6 pc medium size flour tortillas
1 pc (50 g) tomato, chopped
1/2 cup (68 g) sliced black olives
1 head (600 g) Romaine lettuce, core removed and leaves sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and meat-free giniling for about a minute.
  2. Add tomato sauce and taco seasoning. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until sauce has been absorbed by the giniling. Set aside.
  3. On each flour tortilla, place 1/3 cup meat-free giniling mixture on one end.
  4. Top with some tomato, olives, lettuce, and cheese. Roll tightly and secure with foil.
Makes 6 servings
(Yield: 6 taco wraps/1 wrap per serving)
