VEEGA HARDINERA


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack VEEGA MEAT-FREE GINLING
2 pc VEEGA MEAT-FREE SAUSAGE, cut into cubes
5 pc sliced bread, cubed
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, 1 pc beaten and 2 pc boiled and peeled
350 g squash, boiled and mashed
1 (70 g) pc red bell pepper, cubed
2 tbsp banana ketchup
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, soak bread in milk and then combine with the rest of the ingredients, except boiled eggs. Mix well.
  2. Spread half of mixture in a 6x3 inch loaf pan. Arrange eggs in the middle and cover with remaining mixture. 
  3. Steam for 1 hour then cool before slicing.   

 

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield: 12 (1/2 inch) slices/2 slices per serving)
