VEEGA EMBUTIDO


Ingredients:

5 pc sliced bread, cubed
2 tbsp raisins
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1 (200 g) pack VEEGA MEAT-FREE GINLING
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
2 tbsp banana ketchup
1 (200 g) pack pineapple tidbits in syrup, drained and chopped
2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 (70 g) pc red bell pepper, diced

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, soak bread and raisins in milk and then combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Spread every 1-1/2 cups of embutido mixture on aluminum foil. Roll and twist ends of foil to seal.
  3. Steam for 1 hour then cool before slicing.   

 

Makes 5 servings.

(Yield: 3 cups mixture (2 rolls at 8 slices/roll)/3 slices per serving)
