UBE CHEESE PUTO

Ingredients:

Puto

1 pack SMMI MIX ‘N STEAM PUTO MIX
3 cups + 6 tbsp water
2 tbsp ube flavor & color

Cheese Topping

1 pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, cut into thin strips

Procedure:

  1. Preheat steamer.
  2. Combine puto mix, water and flavoring in a mixing bowl. Mix until batter is smooth.
  3. Fill each puto mold with about 30 grams batter (2 tbsp). Top with cheese.
  4. Steam for 15 minutes.
  5. Cool and remove from molds.  

Makes 60 pieces.
