TURON DE CASOY


Ingredients:

saging saba
cashew nuts
langka
lumpia wrapper
red sugar

Procedure:

 
  1. In a saucepan, combine saging saba and langka, water and red sugar.
  2. Mix until sugar dissolves.
  3. Add cashew nuts.
  4. Mix again.
  5. Let it cool first before spreading on lumpia wrapper.
  6. Roll on the wrapper with the filling.
  7. Deep fry
