TUNA GUISADO


Ingredients:

1 (185 g) can SAN MIGUEL DEL MAR TUNA IN VEGETABLE OIL
1 pc small onion, cubed
1 pc tomato, cubed

Procedure:

  1. In a sauté pan, pour tuna oil then sauté onion and tomato for about 40 seconds to 1 minute.
  2. Add tuna and cook for about a minute or until heated through.

Makes 2-3 servings.

(Yield: about 3/4 cup)
