TUNA CREAM CHEESE TOASTS

Ingredients:

1 (148g)	pack	store-bought melba toasts
1 (7g)	stalk	chives (kutsay), sliced 1/2 inch diagonally

Tuna Cream Cheese Spread:

1 (180g)	can	tuna chunks in vegetable oil, drained
1/2	bottle	MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1	tsp	lemon or lime juice
1/8	tsp	cracked black peppercorns
1/8	tsp	iodized fine salt
1/8	tbsp	paprika
1 (7g)	stalk	chives (kutsay), chopped finely

Procedure:

Combine tuna cream cheese spread ingredients in a bowl.
Scoop every 1/2 tbsp of mixture and spread on each toast. Top with chives.

Makes 8 servings.

(Yield: 32 pc toasts & 1 cup spread/4 pc toasts and 1/2 tbsp spread per toast)

Tip/s:

Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Spread can also be used as dip for veggie sticks and chips.
