TUNA BURGERS


Ingredients:

1 (180 g) can tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 pc small MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, beaten
1 (30 g) pc small onion, chopped
3 (30g) tbsp grated carrot
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup cooking oil

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients then form every 2 tbsp mixture into patties.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry until cooked through. Drain excess oil on paper towels.

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 1-1/3 cups/8 pc at 2 tbsp)

Tip/s:

  • The addition of egg can be optional if a dryer burger is preferred.
  • Other veggies can be added like Baguio beans and toge.
