TUNA AND MUSHROOMS SALPICAO


Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER SALTED
4 (16 g) cloves garlic, finely crushed
1 (198 g) can whole mushrooms, drained
1 (180 g) can tuna in vegetable oil, drained and reserve oil
2 tbsp liquid seasoning
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp chilli pepper flakes

Procedure:

  1. Melt butter in a pan and sauté garlic until light brown. Add mushrooms and tuna. Cook for 5 minutes.
  2. Add liquid seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and chili pepper flakes.

 

Makes 4 servings.

(Yield: 2 cups/1/2 cup per serving)
