TOWER BURGER


Ingredients:

2 tbsp DARI CRÈME CLASSIC
2 pc burger buns, split
1 tsp cooking oil
1 (684 g) pack PUREFOODS ANGUS BEEF PATTY QUARTER POUND
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA SANDWICH SRPEAD
4 (40 g) pc lettuce leaves
1 (50 g) pc tomato, sliced
1 (235 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE

Procedure:

  1. Melt margarine in a pan or griddle. Toast buns for a minute. Set aside.
  2. Add oil and cook patties for 3 to 4 minutes per side. Keep warm and set aside.
  3. Add sandwich spread on the bottom part of the buns. Arrange lettuce and tomato slices.
  4. If desired, warm cheese sauce in a small pan over low heat.
  5. Alternately place patties and cheese sauce. Cover with top buns to make sandwiches.

Makes 4 servings.
(Yield: 2 tower burgers/1/2 burger per serving)
