TOKWA N’ TJ


Ingredients:

1/2 cup cooking oil
1/4 kg tokwa, cubed
1 (230g) pack PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOG CLASSIC, sliced
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 pc siling haba (finger chili), sliced
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry tokwa and set aside. Fry hotdogs in the remaining oil. Set aside.
  2. For the sauce, combine vinegar and soy sauce. Mix well. Toss in hotdogs tokwa, and chili. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes 4 servings.
