TOKWA AT SISIG


Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooking oil
1/3 cup sliced white onions
1/2 kg MONTEREY SISIG
4 pc tokwa, deef-fried then cubed

Vinegar Dressing

1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in pan, sauté onions in hot oil then add sisig. Toss in tokwa.
  2. Combine dressing ingredients and pour over sisig mixture.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
