TOCINO FRIED RICE
|1 (220 g)
|| PUREFOODS TOCINO SWEET CHILI BLEND, cut into strips or cubes
|| DARI CREME CLASSIC
|| garlic, finely crushed
|| MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
|| cabbage, shredded or sliced 1 cm thick
|| cooked rice
|| iodized fine salt
Makes 7 servings.
- In a pan, place tocino and add 1/2 cup water. Let simmer until pan becomes dry then add margarine. Let tocino brown a bit.
- Add garlic and sauté until garlic becomes slightly sticky.
- Make a well in the center and add eggs. Let set then scramble. Add cabbage and mix well.
- Add rice and season with salt. Cook for 3 minutes more while mixing rice mixture well. Serve hot.
