TOASTED ENSAYMADA


Ingredients:

6 pc store-bought ensaymada
1 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
1/4 cup white sugar
1 pack guava jam
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD EDAM CHEESE, shaped

Procedure:

  1. In a mixer using a paddle attachment, combine softened butter and sugar.
  2. Mix buttercream at medium speed for 20 minutes or until it turns powder white in color and slightly stiff.
  3. To assemble, spread buttercream on top of ensaymadas and drizzle strawberry jam on top of the cream frosting.
  4. Top off with shaved Magnolia Gold Edam cheese.
