TJ MENUDO


Ingredients:

6 pc PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS JUMBO, 1 x 1 inch diagonally sliced
1 (85 g) can PUREFOODS LIVER SPREAD
1.4 kg MONTEREY PORK PIGUE, cut into 1" cubes
1-1/2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 (100 g) pc onion, sliced
3 tbsp crushed garlic
1 cup water
2 (400 g) pc potatoes, diced
1 (200 g) pc carrot, diced
1 (120 g) pack tomato sauce
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a large bowl marinate pork in soy sauce. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. n a pan, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add meat and sauté for 3-5 minutes. Add water,mix well and bring to a boil. Simmer covered until pork is tender.
  3. Add hotdogs, potatoes, carrot, liver spread,and tomato sauce. Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.

Makes 5 servings.
