TILAPIA FILLET WITH RED BELL PEPPER SAUCE AND HERBED BUTTER


Ingredients:

Roasted bell pepper sauce:

4 pc red and green bell peppers, roasted and finely chopped
1 tsp paprika powder (no substitute; affordable)
1 tsp minced garlic
5 cup corn oil
pinch freshly ground black pepper

Herbed Butter:

1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
1/3 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, softened
1 pc calamansi, juiced

Tilapia Fillet:

2 pc tilapia fillets
salt & pepper to taste

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients for roasted bell pepper sauce and blend well.
  2. Combine all ingredients for herbed butter and blend well.
  3. Season tilapia fillets with salt and pepper.
  4. Pre-heat a frying pan and pan-grill both sides over moderate heat until cooked.
  5. Serve topped with herbed butter and bell pepper sauce.
