Ingredients:
1 pack | (500 g) | PUREFOODS THICK CUT HONEYCURED BACON, cut into 1 cm cubes |
4 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1/4 | kg | squid ink spaghetti (preferred pasta), cooked according to package directions |
1/4 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
1 pc | (40 g) | lemon, cut into wedges |
1/2 stalk | (3 g) | parsley, chopped |
Procedure:
1. In a pan, cook bacon in its own oil for about 10 minutes. Set aside bacon.
2. In the same pan with bacon oil, sauté garlic
3. Toss in pasta, cheese and cooked bacon.
4. Transfer to a plate. Serve with lemon wedges and sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 6 servings.
