TENDERLOIN BBQ WITH TEQUILA-ORANGE GLAZE


Ingredients:

3 tbsp cooking oil
1 (330 g) pack MONTEREY PORK TENDERLOIN BBQ

Glaze

2 cloves garlic, crushed finely
8 pc orange segments
3 tbsp tequila
1 cup fresh orange juice
2 tbsp honey

Procedure:

  1. In a pan, heat oil then brown both sides of BBQ. Set aside.
  2. In the same pan, sauté garlic and orange. When it starts to dry, pour over tequila and wait for the fire to go out.
  3. Add orange juice and honey. Simmer for 5 minutes or until it reduces into a glaze. Put back BBQ and coat well.

Makes 10 pc

Yield: 10 pc and 1/2 cup glaze/1 pc BBQ & 1 tbsp glaze per serving
