TAPA KIMCHI RICE

Ingredients:

1 pack (1 kg) COOK EXPRESS BEEF TAPA
1/4 cup (54.5 g) sesame oil
8 cups cooked rice
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 packs (200 g each) enoki mushrooms, ends trimmed
4 cups (636 g) store bought kimchi, chopped
1/4 cup (66.2 g) light soy sauce
2 tsp (10 g) fish sauce
1 bunch (60 g) onion leeks, sliced thinly 2-inch long and soaked in ice water until curled
8 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, fried

Procedure:

  1. Reheat tapa according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine sesame oil and cooked rice. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté mushrooms for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  4. Add kimchi, rice mixture, soy sauce and fish sauce. Mix well and continue sautéing for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer to a large platter or individual plates. Top with tapa, mushrooms and onion leeks. Serve with fried egg.

Makes 8 servings.
