TAIL-ON SHRIMPS SOFT TACOS


Ingredients:

6 pc 6” flour tortillas, lightly toasted
1 (125 g) pc cabbage, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
3 (50 g each) pc tomatoes, cut into small cubes
1 (30 g) pc red onion, chopped
1 (200 g) pack PUREFOODS SEAFOOD DELIGHTS TAIL-ON SHRIMPS, cooked according to package directions
6 (10 g) stalks chopped cilantro (wansoy) leaves
1/2 pc lime, cut into wedges

Garlic-Lime Sauce

1/2 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp hot sauce

Procedure:

  1. Mix sauce ingredient together. Set aside.
  2. On each tortilla, arrange a portion of cabbage, cubed tomato, and chopped onion. Top with 3 pc shrimps and cilantro. Drizzle with sauce and serve with lime.

Makes 6 servings.

(Yield: 6 tortillas/1 pc per serving)
